Thursday: Run with a friend (I ran)
Friday: Bikram (Nope)
Saturday/Sunday: Bikram (nope)
Monday: Run (I didn’t run but I did go to Bikram)\
Tuesday: Swim and Lower Body (no gym because DH is out of town)
Wednesday: Run (Yup)
This week:
Thursday: Walk (DH is still out of town, so it is impossible to get to the gym)
Friday: Run (5K)
Sat/Sun: Bikram
Monday: Swim/Weights
Tuesday: Run (training for an 8K now)

3. Try to motivate others to join in on trying to lose weight

It is amazing many of my friends and family are jumping on the weight loss train with me. Right now DH, MIL, my mom, and bestie are on the weight loss path. It is great to have such a great support system.

4. Post a (reasonably healthy) recipe that I’ve tried, a cooking tip, a new idea for working out for people to try, a photo update of my weight loss, or anything else I feel like sharing.
I discovered this past week how important sleep is. Most nights during spring break I slept at least 8hrs. This is much harder to do during a work week and trying to get to the gym but that is my goal this week is to get 7-8hrs of sleep each night.
